OYC Closing Day – Michael Haggitt Trophy Race. This race is open to all yachts but only members or OYC yachts hosting Sailing Academy or Adult Learn to Sail crew qualify in the competition for the Michael Haggitt Trophy. The race starts at 12:00 hrs on the clubhouse start line in the main channel. Online entries are open now.  Enter Here    Entries close 21:00 hrs on Saturday (15th). This also enables us to assess numbers for catering purposes. Briefing at 11:00 hrs during which Sailing members will be allocated to yachts for the race.  Course and Sailing instructions are available  HERE
Being our official OYC Closing Day, a BBQ will be held following racing. Since it’s our Closing Day even if the racing is cancelled due to inclement weather, the BBQ function will still go ahead so don’t hesitate in coming along.
