This Race is being run by the Port Chalmers Yacht Club.
As far as OYC competitors are concerned it is a race within a race with our boats competing separately for placings.

Warrington Bay Race, Saturday February 15.
Open to keelers and trailer yachts.
Warning signal 1155 hours.
Low water Taiaroa Heads 1529 hours (0.3).
Course: Carey’s Bay shore start to large white buoy in Warrington Bay to Port to Carey’s Bay finish. The GPS position of the buoy in Warrington Bay will be available at the time of entry.
Entries at PCYC clubrooms from 1000 hours.
Communications via VHF channel 62.
Note to be eligible for this race all yachts must carry a working VHF radio switched on and tuned to channel 62 throughout the race.
Yachts retiring from the race should notify the race officer as soon as possible.

Get along by 5:30pm. Bring your own boat, use one of the club boats or get out crewing with someone on a boat. Depending on conditions, sailing may continue till dusk. If the weather is doubtful call or txt Warren on 027 202 7874 to see whether things are still on. Everyone is welcome.
